Inside Delivery

For some of our wine cabinets wine cabinets, we offer inside delivery to a ground floor and removal of packaging based on negotiated carrier rates.

Service Fee: $400.00 + Standard Shipping Delivery Charge

Typically the carrier will set up the wine cabinets, for example, make sure the doors are aligned and install moldings. Any additional charges (eg for stair carries) must be arranged with Good Wine Coolers in advance. For Le Cache wine cabinets the setup is basically the same, but for additional stairs or other additional charges for extra services you may need generally will be due and payable to the carrier at the time of delivery.

The following are examples of what you can expect with this service::

  • Setting up the unit
  • Unpacking the unit
  • Operational inspection, making sure all components are level and making sure unit is functional and ready for operational use.
  • Removal of Packaging Debris 
Delivery is by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day typically within 12-36 hours prior to delivery. The charge for this service is separate from standard delivery charges and for the ground level only... stair charges may apply for locations with additional steps outside the ground level. If you´d like to arrange a Saturday delivery, schedule a specific delivery date, feel free to let the freight company know when we have them reach out to you.

Unfortunately, when this gift was unwrapped, we could not find the pour spouts. The washers were packed with the instruction manual, but spouts we’re nowhere to be found. Calling customer service was an endless ringing. Upon finally calling a different department, the person said the spouts would be sent…and they were…almost 3 weeks later. Disappointed in customer service.

I received it over a week ago and called immediately to inform them it arrived with a broken grate on the front of it. I am still waiting on replacement and for them to pick up the damaged one.
