*LIMITED WARRANTY

Wine Enthusiast Company is providing a limited glassware warranty policy ("Policy") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of glassware for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery (calculated at five days after the date of shipment) of the glassware to the Purchaser. This Policy covers Fusion, Fusion Classic and Fusion Infinity Stemware glassware product lines manufactured for Wine Enthusiast Company and sold carrying both the Fusion and Wine Enthusiast brands. This Policy solely covers damage (including breakage) to the glassware caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the glassware during normal use, which does not include, among other things, subjecting the glassware to high temperatures, pressure, or impact. This Policy does not cover damage caused by any other means, including but not limited to damage caused by intentional breakage. In the event that the original glass design (shape, size, color) is discontinued, Wine Enthusiast will replace the glass with a glass of equivalent or greater value.

In order to claim a defect in glassware, the Purchaser is required to call 800.648.6058 to make a claim. Purchasers making a claim, including but not limited to those making multiple claims, may be required to mail evidence of the breakage to Wine Enthusiast Company for testing. All such mailing must be made in accordance with all applicable United States Postal Service laws, regulations, and policies or other applicable courier policies.In the event Purchaser wants to replace a Personalized Fusion glassware product, Wine Enthusiast will replace the product with a non-personalized glassware product, of equivalent or greater value. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred in mailing replacement glassware to the Purchaser. The cost of shipping and handling is $7.95 per glass or decanter. Wine Enthusiast will mail to the Purchaser replacement glassware within two weeks of receipt of a complete and approved claim.

This Policy applies to Fusion glassware purchased on or after July 1, 2008. The obligation of Wine Enthusiast and GoodWineCoolers.com under this Policy is limited and subject to change without notice. Wine Enthusiast Company or GoodWineCoolers.com does not provide any other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the glassware. Upon Purchaser’s return of the broken glass's base, proof of purchase, Wine Enthusiast will send a replacement glass. Wine Enthusiast and GoodWineCoolers.com reserves the right to cancel the Policy at any time without notice to Purchasers.

Delivery took several weeks longer than promised lead time. Had to call multiple times to get updated status. And the final whopper, is that you sent TWO cooling units to me a day apart! Still have the 2nd one sitting in my garage. Can’t get an answer on if you’re taking it back…if I don’t hear back this week…going on Ebay/Craig’s list.
